PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A 9' tall sculpture based on a professional hockey player, Stan Makita, was utilized for a three day marketing event in the Los Angeles Area. The figure and design were inspired by an iconic Hollywood movie from the nineties and welcomed fans to the special event, standing atop a pop-up shop offering free coffee and donuts.
PROJECT SCOPE:
The design concept was submitted to Monster City Studios and our artists created a custom 3-D rendering dictated by specific specifications. The pieces are fabricated with custom interior steel armatures, clad with 2 lb. EPS foam, coated with specially formulated polyurea and painted with exterior grade latex paint.
