MAGIC WHEELCHAIR : RAPTOR CART

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

From nose to tail, a 8' raptor complete with a moving head and mouth full of teeth was created for the Magic Wheelchair Organization, with the recipient being an 8 year old Jurassic World fan.  The cart and raptor were revealed at the 2017 Utah Comic Con in Salt Lake City. 

PROJECT SCOPE:

The design concept was created by Monster City Studios and our artists milled the 3-D model which was generously donated to the studio for the cause.  The pieces are fabricated with custom interior steel armatures, clad with 2 lb. EPS foam, coated with specially formulated polyurea and painted with exterior grade latex paint.
